Lucas Edwards spent years in the public sector as an IT specialist, supporting mission-critical systems where uptime isn't optional and accountability runs up the chain. He's the one on-site when it matters most, making sure every environment is hardened the way it was designed to be.

He's the one who built the playbook, and the reason our zero-incident track record holds.
